Our Alumni Weekend is a special opportunity for former campers and staff to reconnect with old friends, relive cherished traditions, and experience the magic of camp all over again.

Adults-Only. Leave the family at home and enjoy this truly magical time in a camp. Stop the world for just a moment, come back to camp and feed your spirit. This is for just YOU and the child inside you.
Find your SPARK again, on the shores of Lake Vera.
Throughout the weekend, you can enjoy classic camp activities like campfires, canoeing, arts & crafts, and singalongs. Whether you want to take a leisurely paddle on the lake, swap stories over s’mores, or simply soak in the beauty of nature, there’s something for everyone.
This is also a chance to see how camp has evolved while still holding onto its timeless spirit. Meet current staff and contribute to the camp’s future through service projects, storytelling, or sharing your expertise with the next generation.
Whether it’s been years or decades since you last set foot at a camp, Alumni Weekend is a welcome-home celebration—a time to laugh, reconnect, and remember why camp will always be a part of you.

Pricing– Choose Your Own Adventure!
At Camp Fire, we believe in the power of community and connection, and we want all alumni to have the opportunity to return to camp—regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why we’re offering a sliding scale pricing structure for Alumni Weekend.
We invite you to choose the price that best fits your current financial situation. No proof of income is required—we trust our community to select the rate that is right for them.
Full Weekend Sliding Scale Pricing:
Supporter Rate – $500 (Pay It Forward!)
If you’re in a position to contribute a bit extra, this rate helps us defray costs to others for the weekend and through your generosity we will even send more young campers to Gold Hollow this summer!
Standard Rate – $200 (Covers Costs!)
This rate reflects the true cost of hosting the weekend, including meals, lodging, and activities.
Community Rate – $100 (Reduced for Accessibility!)
If the standard rate would be a stretch for you right now, please select this option—we want you here!
No one will be turned away due to financial need. If the Community Rate is still a barrier, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
Day Trippers – Join Us for the Day!
Not staying overnight? No problem! The Day Tripper rate is $50, plus the cost of any meals you choose. Just select which meals you’ll be joining us for when you register, and we’ll adjust your total accordingly. We hope you find the flexibility of this “base + meals” pricing to be groovy. We sincerely appreciate our Day Trippers’ help in getting an accurate head-count for meals!
“There in Spirit” – Be Part of the Weekend from Afar
Can’t make it to Alumni Weekend this year? We’ll miss you, but you can still be part of the celebration!
Register at the “There in Spirit” level to add your name to the alumni list and share your info with friends. You’ll also have the option to upload a photo, which we’ll print and display at camp—so in a way, you’ll still be with us!
There’s no cost to be “There in Spirit,” but you’ll see a donation option if you’d like to support future alumni gatherings and camperships. Most importantly, even if you can’t attend, please take a moment to get on this list. We’d love to stay connected!
