Applications are open for Summer 2025 – Camp Gold Hollow Financial Aid 

Camperships: Financial Assistance for Summer Camp 

How to Apply:

1. Register for camp – During the registration process, select your desired camp session(s).
2. Choose the Campership Application – Be sure to select this option and complete the required online forms.
3. Submit a deposit – A deposit is required to hold your camper’s spot for the sessions you want to attend. If you do not receive a Campership and choose not to attend camp, your deposit is refundable.

Important Deadlines:

• Campership Applications are due by May 12, 2025. Applications submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be reviewed.
• Award Notifications: Families will typically be notified of their Campership status in June.

During the application you will be asked to provide:

• Household financials (income and current expenses. We request uploaded pay stubs to validate income for all adults in the household)
• In the camper’s words, why they would like to go to camp, what they hope to learn and do while they are there, what they have done in the past year to help their community and/or in Camp Fire, and what they plan to do in the future.
• How does the parent believe the child will benefit from attending camp.
• Ways the parent has contributed to their community and/or Camp Fire this past year, and what they plan to do in the future.

The Board of Directors makes the final decision on Campership awards.   Campership is awarded based on need and funds available.
