Leadership Programs: Camp Gold Hollow, Teens in Action

Give back to your community while learning important leadership skills.

Camp Gold hollow Teens-in-Action (TIA) is youth-led and youth-driven; a unique opportunity for teens to collectively work together and decide within the first day at camp how they want to serve their camp community.

With the support of a trained counselor, group members will learn to make decisions, plan their efforts, and implement their plan. Our trained staff will help guide and support the group as they carry through their ideas to achieve the intended results.

Teens will be expected to identify camp needs, issues, or challenges; decide what issues they want to advocate for; and then take action. Each teen completing this program will receive certification for at least 15-20 hours of service learning during their stay at camp.
