Summer Resident Camp • July 14-20, 2024
Camp Gold Hollow Resident Camp offers an outdoor experience that is perfect for first-time and experienced campers alike. Campers can choose from a wide variety of activities and new experiences; canoeing, cookouts, arts & crafts, archery, hiking, games, and swimming are popular options. All activities are held outdoors.
Campers sleep outdoors on cots with mattresses on a platform with their counselor and cabin group friends. Nutritious meals are served family-style in the dining hall overlooking Lake Vera. Camp offers a chance for new and seasoned “Gold Hollowers” to put down their electronic devices and spend days experiencing new adventures and building lifelong friendships. Our commitment is to helping youth “find their spark” and THRIVE in a safe and caring outdoor environment.

This year we will be having a special weekend of training and fun where registered CIT’s will have camp
all to themselves. The Camp Director and CIT Director will be overseeing the weekend where we will be
getting to know each other, developing leadership skills and getting an introduction to what they can
expect when being a CIT at summer camp. This weekend will include meals, supervision, training and
FUN! CIT’s will arrive Friday evening and depart Sunday afternoon, May 17-19.
